CLASSIF1 Classification
|
Disease Activity in SLE Patients
- The results of
fig.2
were obtained by the CLASSIF1 algorithm selection of the
most discriminatory
fig.1
database parameters for the disease classification masks
(A,B,C) from the available 12 immunophenotype
and 27 clinical, clinical chemistry and patient data columns.
- The SLEDAI>8 patients show either increased (+)
or decreased (-) parameters in their disease classification masks.
In contrast, SLEDAI0-8 patients serving as reference group show
two triple matrix characters in their
disease classification mask.
- This is explained by taking %CD19+ B-cells (A) as
an example. Increased (+) %CD19+ cells are an indicator for
SLEDAI>8. As a consequence unchanged (0) or decreased (-)
% CD19+ cells are indicators for SLEDAI0-8 patients. The same
logic applied to all other disease classification mask
parameters.
