- The results of fig.2 were obtained by the CLASSIF1 algorithm selection of the most discriminatory fig.1 database parameters for the disease classification masks (A,B,C) from the available 12 immunophenotype and 27 clinical, clinical chemistry and patient data columns.
- The SLEDAI>8 patients show either increased (+) or decreased (-) parameters in their disease classification masks. In contrast, SLEDAI0-8 patients serving as reference group show two triple matrix characters in their disease classification mask.
- This is explained by taking %CD19+ B-cells (A) as an example. Increased (+) %CD19+ cells are an indicator for SLEDAI>8. As a consequence unchanged (0) or decreased (-) % CD19+ cells are indicators for SLEDAI0-8 patients. The same logic applied to all other disease classification mask parameters.
